About Me

As a journalism major at the University of Cincinnati, I’ve built a strong foundation in reporting, writing, and multimedia storytelling. In addition to my coursework, I contribute to our student-led newspaper, The News Record, where I pitch, research, write, and edit stories on a variety of campus and community topics. In my internship I have gained hands-on newsroom experience by reporting on a wide range of local and regional stories. My responsibilities include interviewing sources, writing multiple articles each week under deadline, and capturing original photography to accompany my reporting. This role is sharpening my skills in research, storytelling, multimedia content creation, and journalistic ethics.
